Welcome to Rankguin Digital (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of rankguin.com and the purchase of our SEO services and eCommerce products. By engaging with our site, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Scope of Services

Rankguin Digital provides AI-optimized SEO strategies, digital marketing consultancy, and eCommerce products designed for organic entrepreneurs.

  • SEO Execution: We perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink analysis.
  • No Guarantees: While we use advanced AI tools to maximize results, SEO is subject to third-party search engine algorithms (Google, Bing, etc.). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes.
  • Client Cooperation: For SEO services, the client must provide necessary backend access and information in a timely manner. Delays in providing access may result in a shift in project timelines.

2. eCommerce Product Sales

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure all digital and physical products are described accurately.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. For international clients (USA, India, etc.), prices are typically processed in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. Detailed Refund & Replacement Policy

3.1 eCommerce Products

We offer a “Replacement First” policy to ensure you receive the value you paid for.

  • 7-Day Resolution Rule: If an eCommerce product is defective or not as described, we will provide a replacement. A full refund will only be issued if Rankguin Digital fails to deliver a functional replacement within 7 business days of the reported issue.
  • Reporting: Defects must be reported via email to support@rankguin.com within 48 hours of delivery.

3.2 SEO & Consultancy Services

  • Non-Refundable Work: Because SEO involves immediate allocation of manual labor, software costs, and strategic resources, all service payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
  • Cancellations: Monthly subscriptions may be canceled with 15 days’ notice. No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Company Property: All AI-optimized frameworks, proprietary SEO checklists, website code, and branding on rankguin.com are the sole property of Rankguin Digital.
  • Client Work Product: Upon final payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the specific SEO reports and content created for their project. However, you may not resell our proprietary methods or “white-label” our frameworks without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rankguin Digital shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of rankings due to search engine algorithm updates.
  • Loss of revenue or business opportunities.
  • Actions taken by third-party hosting or domain providers.
  • Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product in dispute.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business information, login credentials, and proprietary strategies confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be settled in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
