We stand by the quality of our digital and physical eCommerce products. Our refund policy for these items is as follows:

  • Replacement Guarantee: If a product is defective or not as described, we will first attempt to provide a replacement.
  • 7-Day Resolution Rule: A full refund is available only if we are unable to deliver a functional replacement within 7 days of your formal complaint.
  • Conditions: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of the initial delivery or discovery of the issue.

2. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO is a long-term investment involving manual labor, strategy, and third-party tools. Therefore:

  • Service Fees: Payments for SEO setups, monthly management, and consultancy are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Performance: While we use AI-optimized strategies to grow organic entrepreneurs, we cannot guarantee specific rankings due to search engine algorithm shifts.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your SEO subscription at any time. However, any work already performed or hours already billed up to the cancellation date will not be refunded.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request, please contact our support team at support@rankguin.com with the following details:

  1. Your Order ID / Invoice Number.
  2. A detailed description of the issue.
  3. Proof of the defect (for eCommerce products).

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved (specifically under the 7-day replacement rule), it will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
